PURPOSE: A simultaneous analysis method of an amphetamine derivative and ketamine metabolite is provided to simultaneously analyze total 5 components of amphetamine derivative and ketamine metabolite, and to enable fast analysis through introduction of an automatic cutting process.;CONSTITUTION: A simultaneous analysis method of an amphetamine derivative and ketamine metabolite comprises the steps of: putting a hair sample in a tube containing beads; cutting the sample to a particle size of micrometers using an automatic cutting device at 3000-8000 rpm for 30 seconds-2 minutes; extracting the cut sample with methanol; centrifuging and filtering the extract; and separating the filtrate through heptaflourobutyric acylation derivatization using a HFBA(heptaflourobutyric anhydride) compound.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
