PURPOSE: A sludge low temperature dryer using wastewater heat is provided to reduce electrical energy consumption, and to minimize generation of bad smell while processing processes of the sludge summarily. CONSTITUTION: A sludge low temperature dryer using wastewater heat includes a mixing and drying device(10), a dehumidified and dried air supply device(20), and a heat source generator(30). The and drying device includes a dehydrated sludge and dry sludge mixer(11), a pulverizing device(12), a motor(14), and a cylinder opening and closing switch(16). The motor includes an inverter(15), and adjusts the agitating speed according to the amount of the sludge. The dehumidified and dried air supply device includes a pre-filter, a medium filter, a differential manometer, a heat-exchanger(22), and a blower(23). The dehumidified and dried air supply device further includes a cleaner(24). The heat source generator includes a water transfer pump(P3,P4), a cold water generator(31), and a warm water generator(32).
