PURPOSE: An odor removing apparatus for livestock shed and a method for removing odor using the same are provided, which can spray water mixed with deodorizing agent in the molecular structure state. CONSTITUTION: An odor removing apparatus for livestock shed comprises a frame forming the skeleton; a cover which is installed on the frame and forms a part of the outer shape; a water tank(200) in which water and deodorizing agent are mixed; a drive unit which pulls up the water of the water tank; a wave-vibrator which atomizes water using magnetic field; a flow path piping(500) forming a channel of water mixed with deodorizing agent; a valve which is equipped in the flow path piping and is opened and closed so that flow direction of water can be decided; a control device(600) controlling operation of valve and drive unit; a jet pipe spraying the supplied fluid; and a connecting member which is detachably connected.
