PURPOSE: A mobile communication terminal usable regardless of a top and a bottom is provided to sense whether a user uses a mobile communication terminal in right direction or in upside-down direction, and to generate a control signal for controlling an upward transceiver and a downward transceiver, thereby normally processing both right/upside-down directions. CONSTITUTION: An upper sensor perception portion(50) of a sensor perception device(40) comprises as follows. A pierced path(55) is comprised in a center. The first conductor(51) and the second conductor(52) are comprised on both sides of the pierced path(55). A nonconductor(45) is disposed between the first conductor(51) and the second conductor(52). A lower sensor perception portion(60) comprises as follows. The third conductor(61) is disposed on a lower left side of the pierced path(55). The fourth conductor(62) is disposed on a right side of the pierced path(55). The nonconductor(45) is disposed between the third conductor(61) and the fourth conductor(62).
