Novel organic thin film transistor and the organic thin film transistor, a protective film composition mixed using the same

A mixed composition for an organic passivation layer is provided to prevent the degradation of electrical characteristic by introducing a layered silicate to an organic passivation solution melted in a water soluble solvent. A mixed composition for an organic passivation layer comprises 100 - 10000 parts by weight of a polar solvent, a 100.0 parts by weight of water soluble polymer and 1 - 100.0 parts by weight of a hydrophile property layered silicate. The hydrophile property layered silicate is montmorillonite, smectite, kaolinite, magadiite, kenyaite, hectorite, vermiculate, saponite, mica, illite, talc, or their mixture. The water soluble polymer is a water-soluble polyurethane, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl alcohol copolymerization polymer, water soluble acryl rate resin, polyethylene glycol, or their mixture.
