PURPOSE: A tungsten-copper composite powder manufacturing method and a tungsten-copper composite powder using method are provided to effectively and uniformly mix copper metal power with tungsten powder by putting dispersing agent and binder into slurry. CONSTITUTION: A tungsten-copper composite powder manufacturing method comprises following steps. Slurry is manufactured by mixing fluid and tungsten powder(S110). The copper metal line is electrically exploded within the slurry(S120). The fluid contained in the slurry is separated and dried(S130). The remaining tungsten-copper composite powder is collected(S140). The collected oxidized copper among tungsten-copper composite powder is restored and thermal process is performed for contact improvement between the copper powder and the tungsten(S150).
