PURPOSE: An inorganic binder composition for the solidification of soil, a yellow soil mortar containing the composition, and a method for preparing a yellow soil brick are provided to improve environmental friendliness and to enhance the strength of the solidified soil even by using no cement. CONSTITUTION: An inorganic binder composition for the solidification of soil comprises a mixture which has a specific surface area of 6,500 - 7,500 cm^2/g and is obtained by pulverizing the mixture comprising 65 - 80 weight% of the blast furnace slag having a specific surface area of 6000 - 7000 cm^2/g, 10 - 20 weight% of lime, and 5 - 15 weight% of at least one gypsum selected from the anhydrous gypsum, hemihydrate gypsum or gypsum dihydrate at a vibrating mill for 10-30 min for the mechanochemical activation; and 3 - 7 parts by weight of red mud based on 100 parts by weight of the blast furnace slag.
