PURPOSE: A price policy method for recognizing the situation of a sensor middleware installed in a server and deciding a cost of the sensor middleware of a software and a context-aware engine is provided to accurately perform a situation recognition by specifically analyzing data sensed from the sensor.;CONSTITUTION: A spatial filtering unit(310) filters data in which an error does not generate about sensing data outputted from sensors included in the group. A conditional decider(320) compares one or more condition with the filtered data. The conditional decider decides a current state of the place corresponding to the group.
