SPECTROPHOTOMETER INCORPORATING INTEGRATING SPHERE WHICH PREVENTS THE LOSS OF BEAM REFLECTED FROM AN INTEGRATION SPHERE

PURPOSE: A spectrophotometer incorporating integrating sphere is provided to improve the spectral measure performance by measuring transmittance and turbidity in whole wavelength range.;CONSTITUTION: Light emitted from a light source unit(10) is sampled in an integrating sphere unit(20). A light transfer unit(30) delivers the light sampled in the integration sphere unit. A measurement unit(40) measures the light intensity delivered through the optical transfer unit. A grating splits the light per each wavelength range. A multi-channel array sensor(45) measures each the intensity of the light split through the grating.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
