PURPOSE: A message transferring method and a system thereof for attempting a MO message transfer based on a fixed transmission attempt condition are provided to transmit an MO(Mobile Originated) based on the fixed transmission try condition.;CONSTITUTION: It determines whether a transmission state of a service which a message requests is normal is determined(S103). If the transmission state of the service is in a fault condition, the message is stored(S201). The transmission of the message is attempted to the server(S202).
