PURPOSE: A porous silicon nano bomb which is explosive by near infrared ray irradiation is provided to repetitively treat cancer without damage to normal cells. CONSTITUTION: A porous silicon nano bomb causes heat or explosion by near infrared ray in the range of 100-400 mW/cm^2. A method for producing the porous silicon nano bomb comprises: a step 1 of forming porous silicon layer by electrochemical etching on the crystal silicon surface; a step 2 of pulverizing the porous silicon layer to produce porous silicon particle having 200 nm or less of size; and step 3 of mixing the porous silicon particle with oxidizer. The oxidizer is Gd(NO3)36H2O, sulfur(S), or NaClO41H2O.
