PURPOSE: A filter for controlling a viewing angle for a display device and a display device including the same are provided to enlarge a side visible section by providing a wide viewing angle.;CONSTITUTION: A filter for controlling a viewing angle includes a substrate(10), an anti-reflective layer, and a diffusion layer. The substrate functions as a supporting body and a protecting body, and is made of a heat strengthened glass or a transparent polymer resin. A rear surface of the substrate is formed into a concave surface. A front surface of the substrate is formed into a convex surface. The anti-reflective layer minimizes reflection of an external light, and comprises an anti-reflective coating layer(20) coated on the substrate. The anti-reflective coating layer has a laminate structure of a high refractive index layer and a low refractive index layer. The diffusion layer comprises a high reflective coating layer(30a) coated on the substrate.
