PURPOSE: A color filter array, a method thereof, and an imaging device including the color filter array are provided to form a green color filter by laminating a yellow color filter and a cyan color filter.;CONSTITUTION: A photoresist of a yellow type is coated on a glass substrate(10). A first pattern(12) and a second pattern(14) are formed on the glass substrate. A photoresist of a cyan type is coated on a rest glass substrate and a top part of the first pattern and the second pattern. A third pattern(16) and a fourth pattern(18) are formed on the glass substrate. An interlayer insulation film(20) is formed on the glass substrate.
