PURPOSE: A dynamical codec negotiation system using real time network monitoring, a method thereof, and a dynamical codec negotiation server for the same are provided to determine an optimum codec for a network through negotiation between codecs confirmed from SDP information of receiving/transmitting terminals.;CONSTITUTION: During the call connection request of a transmitting terminal(210), a dynamic codec negotiation server(250) requests codec information to a receiving terminal(220). The dynamic codec negotiation server confirms network bandwidth conditions according to a network topology during the codec negotiation of the transmitting terminal and the receiving terminal. The dynamic codec negotiation server compares the codec information of the transmitting terminal and the receiving terminal. The dynamic codec negotiation server decides the optimum codecs of the transmitting terminal and the receiving terminal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
