PURPOSE: An impurities removing apparatus for a rolling roll is provided to efficiently remove the impurities of the surface of a rolling roll by rotating at the speed less than the rotation speed of a rolling roll.;CONSTITUTION: An impurities removing apparatus for a rolling roll comprises an impurities removing roller(110) and an impurities collector(120). The impurities removing roller rotates at the speed less than the rotation of the rolling roll(A) at 1%~5%. The impurities depositing outlet is formed on the down side of the impurities removing roller. The removal efficiency of the foreign material is demoralized if the rotation speed of the impurities removing roller is 1% or less. The severe friction is generated with the surface of the rolling roll if the rotation speed of the impurities removing roller is 5% or more. The impurities removing roller is made of silicon or urethane material to minimize the friction with the rolling roll.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
