PURPOSE: A permanent rotation power device which uses gravity and buoyancy is provided to permanently rotate a round pipe by exposing half of the round pipe to air and positioning the other half of the round pipe under the water.;CONSTITUTION: A permanent rotation power device which uses gravity and buoyancy comprises a round pipe(1). Gravitational force is applied to the round pipe in both the air and water. The part of the round pipe which is exposed to the air is heavier than the part which is positioned under water.
