FUNCTIONAL INORGANIC THICK FILM AND THICK FILM MANUFACTURING METHOD USING FUNCTIONAL SURFACE TREATMENT OF INORGANIC NANO-PARTICLE SOL

PURPOSE: A method of preparing a functional inorganic thick film by controlling surface treatment of organic material nanosol and the inorganic thick film manufactured thereby are provided to improve properties of a coating membrane by offering hydrophile, hydrophobic properties etc. CONSTITUTION: A method of preparing a functional inorganic thick film by controlling surface treatment of organic material nanosol includes the following steps of: manufacturing the colloidal organic material nanosol by agitating a refined inorganic precursor and a solvent; reforming the surface of the organic materials by agitating surface control functional silane; concentrating or replacing the solvent included in the inorganic material nanosol; manufacturing inorganic nanosol coating liquid; drying the surface of the membrane through photocuring or thermal curing of the membrane; and manufacturing the inorganic thick film through a low-temperature sintering process.
