PURPOSE: A system & a method for an elevator operation rescuing passengers from an elevator cage are provided to secure the safety of passengers by controlling the safety movement of an elevator car at a remote system. CONSTITUTION: A load detection unit(110) detects an unbalance load factor of an elevator car from elevator operation information. A voltage control unit(120) adjust an open voltage of a breaker to supply a lining frictional force which is proper according to an unbalance loading rate. A brake control unit(130) moves the elevator car up and down by applying a break open voltage to a brake coil. A monitor system(150) supply operation information of the elevator car to an elevator operator.
