FERMENTED FEED COMPOSITION CONTAINING BROKEN ARTICLES OF PLEUROTUS ERYNGII AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF, CAPABLE OF FACILITATING ENZYME AND MICROORGANISMS

PURPOSE: A fermented feed composition containing broken articles of Pleurotus eryngii and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve balance of enzyme and enteric organisms using useful combined microorganism, and to offer economical efficiency by using the broken articles of Pleurotus eryngii.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a fermented feed composition includes the following steps: pulverizing broken articles of Pleurotus eryngii; pulverizing a compound after adding pulverized Pleurotus eryngii, water, and sugar; forming fructose and levan from the cultivated sugar after inoculating the bacillus in the compound; fermenting the compound with alcohol after inoculating yeast; and fermenting the compound after inoculating lactic acid. The compound comprises 50 ~ 70 weight% of Pleurotus eryngii, 25 ~ 35 weight% of water, and 5 ~ 25 weight% of sugar.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
