PURPOSE: A substrate structure for a plasma display panel, method of manufacturing the substrate structure, and the plasma display panel including the substrate structure are provided to improve the productivity by using aluminum which is lower cost than another.;CONSTITUTION: A first conductive layer with an electric conduction material having the resistivity lower than the aluminum is formed on a glass substrate(10). A first conductive layer with a desired pattern is formed by performing printing and exposure and development process. A second conductive layer is formed on the first conductive layer. A second conductive layer contains the aluminum liquid composition of 60-68 parts by weight, vehicle of 15.5-37.5 parts by weight, and 2.5-5.5 parts by weight of the glass frit. The exposure mask is arranged on the second conductive layer, and the radiation is projected selectively through an exposure mask.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
