PURPOSE: A transceiving system and a data processing method are provided to maintain consistency of primary and secondary signaling information of primary and secondary types.;CONSTITUTION: A receiver receives a broadcast signal. A demodulator(130) demodulates the broadcast signal. A primary handler(211) forms an ensemble from a RS(Reed Solomon) frame included in the demodulated broadcast signal, and obtains primary signaling information including the access information of a mobile service from the ensemble. A secondary handler(212) receives secondary signaling information about the mobile service, and obtains the contents ID information of a secondary data type from the secondary signaling information. A third handler extracts a contents identifier and the mobile service ID of a primary data type from the primary signaling information, and constructs the contents ID information of the secondary data type.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
