PURPOSE: A health supplementary food containing whole grain mixed with malt, fermented soybean paste, carrot, Arctium lappa L., and shiitake mushroom is provided to ensure nutritional balance, suppress obesity and relieve constipation symptom. CONSTITUTION: A health supplementary food contains 46-48% of germinated brown rice, 11-13% of millet, 10-11% of corn, 2-3% of mung bean, 0.5-1.5% of wheat, 0.5-1.5% of barley, 1.5-2.5% of black bean, 4.5-5.5% of sorghum, 4-5% of soybean, 4.5-5.5% of adlay, 0.5-1% of malt, 0.5-1% of fermented soybean paste, 0.1-5% of carrot, 0.2-0.5% of Arctium lappa L., 0.1-0.5% of shiitake, and 2-3% of mulberry leaves based on total weight of the composition.
