APPARATUS FOR GAS GENERATION OF COAL AND DRYING SLUDGE

PURPOSE: An apparatus for generating gas from coal and dried sludge is provided to enhance the caloric value of evaporation gas, and to prevent environmental contamination by tar while preventing an air supply nozzle from ash-clogging. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(100) for generating gas from coal and dried sludge includes a furnace(10), a material inlet(16), a vapor input pipe(18), a reaction lattice(30), an ash supporting plate, a screw(44), and an air infusion pipe(20). The furnace has an inner and an outer barrels(12,14) in which a hollow space(13) is formed. The coal and the dried sludge are evaporated in an inner space of the inner barrels. The material inlet is installed on the top of the furnace, and the vapor input pipe is installed at a bottom side of the furnace. The reaction lattice transfers the air to the inner space of the furnace. The ash supporting plate is installed at the bottom outside of the furnace. The screw is rotated according to the outer circumference of a support plate(32). The furnace has a material distributor(17), an inlet pipe(22), a outlet pipe(24), a window(26), and a gas stopper(28).
