PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulverized coal drying system of a pulverized coal machine capable of stably drying a carbon-containing solid fuel regardless of the type of carbon of the carbon-containing solid fuel to be used, a pulverized coal drying method thereof, and a pulverized coal drying program. The purpose is to provide a pulverized coal machine and an integrated gasification combined cycle facility. A control unit (50) of a mill (10) for drying a supplied carbon-containing solid fuel using a drying fluid, the drying being set for drying a plurality of types of carbon-containing solid fuel having different water contents.
