PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition for eye makeup is provided to improve dispersion stability of the pigment and express clear black.;CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for eye makeup contains 1-10 weight% of carbon black, and 0.1-5 weight% of polyethyleneglycolether of high alcohol having 16-18 carbon atoms. The polyethyleneglycolether is ceteth-20, ceteth-25, isoceteth-20, ceteareth-20, steareth-21, steareth-25, oleth-20, oleth-25 or their mixture.
