PURPOSE: A method for detecting pyrethroid agricultural chemical remained in animal bio sample is provided to reduce detection time and cost.;CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting pyrethroid agricultural chemical contained in animal bio sample comprises: a step of homogenizing animal bio sample remaining agricultural chemical; a step of adding organic solvent 1 to homogenized animal bio sample and firstly centrifuging; a step of collecting supernatant, adding organic solvent 2, and centrifuging secondly; a step of removing supernatant of the sample and concentrating; and a step of concentrating to obtain extract. The supernatant is organic solvent. The organic solvent 1 is hexane and organic solvent 2 is acetonitrile. The pyrethroid agricultural chemical is cyfluthrin, cyhalothrin, cypermethrin or deltamethrin.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
