PURPOSE: An automatic teller machine system for providing fault information and easily offering a recent disturbance-related process to the automatic teller machine are provided to guide error information after receiving the error information from the error management server.;CONSTITUTION: A sensing unit(211) senses the disorder symptom at an automatic teller machine(210). An inquiry request unit(212) generates a failure query request related to the detected disorder symptom. The inquiry request unit transmits the failure query request which becomes to a fault management server. An information receiving unit receives trouble information about the disorder symptom to a response about the failure query request from the fault management server.
