PURPOSE: A microwave oven which evenly heats food is provided to diffusely reflecting the microwaves in the inside of a cavity by adjusting the width and the length to the center part from the right end and left end.;CONSTITUTION: A microwave oven which evenly heats food comprises a cavity(11), a forming part(15), a transmission opening(16) and a projection opening(17). The food is cooked in the cavity. A forming part is formed on one side of the cavity. The microwave researched to the cavity is delivered to the forming part. The transmission opening is formed on one side of the girth face of the forming part. Microwave is delivered through the transmission opening to the inside of the forming part. The projection opening is formed in the one side of the cavity on which the forming part is formed.
