PURPOSE: A device for sealing of display panel and a method thereof are provided to minimize an area in which sealant is not applied, thereby realizing efficient sealant applying structure.;CONSTITUTION: A sealant applicator(110) moves upward/downward/left/right. A sealant hardener is arranged side by side on front end of the sealant applicator. A location correction unit(160) is adjacent to the sealant hardener. The location correction unit corrects the upper side of a panel and location of the sealant applicator nozzle. A panel fixing device(130) capable of vertical rotation fixes a display panel(20) vertically on the lower side of the sealant applicator and the sealant hardener. A driving unit rotates or moves the sealant applicator, the sealant hardener and the panel fixing device.
