PURPOSE: A stop and flow wall for cleaning bed for a water storage is provided to process the flow of the water to pass through the inside of the wall by improving the arrangement and structure of the stop and flow wall in the water storage.;CONSTITUTION: A stop and flow wall for cleaning bed for a water storage is formed in the water storage which is possible for inflow and outflow of the water, and includes multiple stop and flow members to induce the flowing water to flow. The stop and flow members comprise a flow path(18) inside, and a lot of stop and flow units connected with overlap and interact with holes.
