摘要

PURPOSE: A siloxane resin for LED encapsulation is provided to ensure excellent light-proof property, heat resistance, heat resistance, light penetration and refractive index and to be suitable for a material for LED encapsulation due to low shrinkage ratio.;CONSTITUTION: A siloxane resin for LED encapsulation contains an organic oligosiloxane hybrid. The organic oligosiloxane hybrid is prepared by non-hydrolysis condensation of an organic alkoxy silane single or a mixture of organic alkoxy silane with metallic alkoxide, with organic silane diols. The metallic alkoxide is used in the amount of 1~80 mol% based on the organoalkoxysilane.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
