PURPOSE: A molding roll gap adjusting device for roll forming is provided to prevent a twisted phenomenon which is formed by right and left gap deviation of a molding roll, and to correctly adjust the gap according to the thickness of a material.;CONSTITUTION: A molding roll gap adjusting device(20) for roll forming comprises the following: a base block on which a slide hole is formed and installed on the top of a support frame of a roll former; an adjusting block in which an adjusting hole is formed and connected to the slide hole; a screw housing(25) fixed on the top of the sliding block and inserted into the slide hole of the base block; an adjusting screw(27) fastened to the screw hole of the screw housing; a disk block(33); an angle sensor(37) outputting a signal to a controller; and a display unit(41) displaying the gap as a numerical value.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
