PURPOSE: A catalyst manufacturing synthetic gas from natural gas and carbon dioxide and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve Fisher-Tropsch reactivity and to increase methanol synthesis yield by performing a steam reforming reaction and a methane and carbon dioxide reforming reaction.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a catalyst includes the following steps: maintaining the content of Ce or Ce-Zr on a MgAlOx support; maintaining the weight component ratio of Ce and Zr metal in a range of 0-4; and manufacturing a support by sintering a compound in a temperature of 600-900°C; and sintering the Ni as an active component in a temperature of 600-1000°C.
