BULLET-PROOF GRILLE OF A SPECIAL PURPOSE VEHICLE WHICH IMPROVES BULLET-PROOF PERFORMANCE AND WELDING STRENGTH

PURPOSE: A bullet-proof grille of a special purpose vehicle is provided to improve g and welding strength of a louver by forming a weld unit and fitting unit on both ends of the louver.;CONSTITUTION: A bullet-proof grille of a special purpose vehicle comprises a frame(10) and a plurality of louvers. The frame has a pair of side plates(13,14), an upper plate unit(11), a lower plate unit(12), and a bonding groove(15). The louver is composed of a metal core unit and an outer cover unit. The outer cover unit coats the outside of the metal core unit. Metal core exposing units(22-1,22-2) of the louver both ends are projected to the outer both ends of outer cover unit. The metal core exposing unit is welded on the frame or inserted to bonding groove.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
