PURPOSE: An optical cavity with increased photonic efficiency and an optical gas sensor are provided to improve the quantity of light per a unit area due to a light collecting effect by using the optical cavity with a concave wall structure.;CONSTITUTION: An optical gas sensor comprises a light source, an optical detector, and an optical cavity. The light source emits the light. The optical detector detects the light emitted from the light source. The optical cavity comprises a reflection wall side on which the light emitted from the light source.
