PURPOSE: An RF direct current rectifier is provided to increase the lifetime of a battery through the minimization of a current consumption by executing an operation only if necessary.;CONSTITUTION: A rectifying circuit unit(100) comprises a plurality of n rectifiers(100-1,100-2~100-n) which successively rectifies a radio frequency signal received through a first and a second input terminal. A first rectifier is formed between the first and second input terminal and the first output terminal. The first rectifier supplies a rectified signal to the second rectifier by rectifying a radio frequency signal. The second rectifier is formed between the first rectifier and the second output terminal. The second rectifier rectifies the radio frequency signal by using the rectified voltage as a bias voltage. The n rectifier is formed between a rectifier directly before the n rectifier and the output terminal of the rectifying circuit unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
