PURPOSE: A capacitance change measuring circuit of a capacitive sensor device, a capacitive sensor module, a method for measuring a capacitance change of the capacitive sensor device and an electronic device are provided to complete a deciding operation of input manipulation within one period of an input pulse signal, thereby realizing a high speed scan operation. CONSTITUTION: A peak hold circuit(45) stores peak levels of detection signals in a capacitive element. A current source(47) initializes electric potential of the capacitive element within the first period of the input pulse signal. A comparator(49) compares hold electric potential of the capacitive element with a reference value. A plurality of deciding units(53) decide whether input manipulation using an object exists.
