HIV-1 LATENT CELL LINE, ITS MANUFACTURING PROCESS, AND DIAGNOSTIC METHOD OF HIV-1 LATENCY

PURPOSE: A method for diagnosing HIV infection using latent HIV infectious cell line is provided to stably maintain chronic infection state and treat and prevent AIDS. CONSTITUTION: A latent HIV-infectious cell line NCHA-2(deposit number: KCLRF-BP-00184) has an HIV gene fused to q13.1 of chromosome 11 in human T-lymphocyte A3.01 cell line. The HIV gene is pNL4-3 virus gene. A method for preparing latent HIV infectious cell line comprises: a step of infecting HIV to the A3.01 cell line; and a step of screening HIV infectious cell line through cloning when survival ability of the HIV-infected A3.01 cell is under 5%. The T lymphocyte cell line is A3.01 cell line.
