PURPOSE: An organic elestroluminescent display device and a method of manufacture thereof are provided to improve the reliability and lifetime of device by improving the injection ratio of electrons.;CONSTITUTION: A transistor is located on the substrate(110). The cathode(117) is located on transistor. The cathode is connected to the source(115b) or the drain(115a) of transistor. The bank layer(119) has an opening in cathode. The metal buffer layer(120) is located on cathode. The organic light-emitting layer(121) is located on the metal buffer layer. The anode(122) is located on the organic light-emitting layer. The thickness of the metal buffer layer 1-50 angstrom. The metal buffer layer is made of one among aluminum, silver, calcium and magnesium.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
