PURPOSE: An aromatic compound is provided to improve the brightness of an organic electroluminescence device and service life when used as a host material for a light-emitting layer.;CONSTITUTION: An aromatic compound has a structure represented by chemical formula 1. An organic electroluminescence device comprises an anode, a cathode, and a layer that is interposed between the anode and cathode. The organic electroluminescence device and comprises a layer that is interposed between anode and cathode and includes the aromatic compound. The organic electroluminescence device further comprises at least one selected from the group consisting ofof the following: a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, a hole block layer, an electron transport layer, an electron injection layer and an electron blocking layer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
