PURPOSE: A fixture for a dental implant is provided to implant to an alveolar bone with a form of a bottle gourd without a separate procedure, and to easily perform a synostosis with a fixing force.;CONSTITUTION: A fixture for a dental implant(200) comprises a body unit(220), and a screw unit(230) in which the heights of screw threads formed on the outer surface of the body unit are different with each other. The screw unit comprises the following: an early penetration screw unit(230a) formed on the lowest side of the body unit; a final fixing screw unit formed on the upmost side of the body unit; and a screw connection unit connecting the early penetration screw unit and the final fixing screw unit. One of the operational sides of lateral edges of the early penetration screw unit and the final fixing screw unit is curved.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
