PURPOSE: A dental implant fixture and an installation method thereof are provided to plant an implant without a separate bone graft operation.;CONSTITUTION: A dental implant fixture includes an upper unit (11), a lower unit (13), and a side wall unit (12). The upper unit has a width longer than a length and connects to an abutment. The lower unit has an area smaller than the upper unit. The length of the circumference of the lower unit is smaller than that of the upper unit.
