PURPOSE: A car cross member module is provided, which makes the weight reduced more and can simplify the production process.;CONSTITUTION: A car cross member module is constituted as follows. A sheet metal profile(2) is equipped. The sheet metal profile functions as a metal tube partly surrounded by the plastic and as a steering-column retainer. The sheet metal profile offers the hard connection part between the steering column and forward wall.
