PURPOSE: A magnetic nano particle composite, a method of manufacturing thereof, and an oil refinement method thereof are provided to activate a ligand as a functional group, capable of combining with an acid component or a conjugate base of the acid component.;CONSTITUTION: A magnetic nano particle composite contains a magnetic nano particle and a ligand, including a functional group, capable of combining with an acid component or a conjugate base of the acid component of oil. The functional group consists of an ammonium group capable of combining with the conjugate base of the acid component. A nitrogen atom of an ammonium ion is combined with a hydrocarbon group. The hydrocarbon group is selected from a group consisting of substituted or non-substituted C8~C20 alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, aryl, or an aralkyl group. A replaceable negative ion is combined with the functional group to substitute the conjugate base of the acid component.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
