PURPOSE: A soil conditioner is provided to enable continuous moisture supply to plants growing on the soil due to moisture storage capacity, to activate soil microbes, and to prevent the alkalization of soil by absorbing salinity.;CONSTITUTION: A soil conditioner comprises: 100.0 parts by weight of absorptive polymer resin; 30-70 parts by weight of chitosan; 20-40 parts by weight of fermentation culture material cultured by inoculating at least one strain selected from the group consisting of Bacillus subtilis, lactobacillus, yeast and fungi in a culture medium; 20-40 parts by weight of Muscovitum; and 20-40 parts by weight of calcium oxide powder.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
