PURPOSE: An electrode formation based on photo-induced reduction of metal ions in the presence metal nano-materials is provided to form the electrode with improved power generation on a substrate by applying a solution including metal ions and metal nano-materials on the substrate and sintering the substrate. CONSTITUTION: A solution(120) including metal ions(111) and metal nano-materials(113) is applied on a substrate(110). The selected part of the solution is exposed to a light(140) including a wavelength which cause the reduction of the metal ions. The reduced metal particle forms metal aggregate around the nano-materials. At least part of the solution which is not radiated is removed to form a patterned electrode. The patterned electrode includes at least part of the metal aggregate and the metal nano-materials.
