PURPOSE: A human antibody which specifically binds to surface antigen of vaccinia virus and a method preparing the same are provided to ensure excellent antigen binding ability and neutralization effect.;CONSTITUTION: A human antibody which specifically binds to surface antigen of vaccinia virus comprises the variable domain of a heavy chain of sequence number 1 and the variable domain of a light chain of sequence number 2. The human antibody is prepared from cell line VC-CHO-1(deposit number: KCLRF-BP-00186) An expression vector encoding heavy chain of human antibody, pRC13-212H contains a DNA encoding the variable domain of heavy chain of sequence number 1. An expression vector of light chain of human antibody, pKC12-212L contains DNA encoding the variable domain of light chain of sequence number 2. The CHO(chinese hamster ovary) cell line transformed by the expression vector of human antibody is the VC-CHO-1(deposit number: KCLRF-BP-00186).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
