PURPOSE: A human antibody which specifically binds to surface antigen of vaccinia virus and a method preparing the same are provided to ensure excellent antigen binding ability and neutralization effect.;CONSTITUTION: A human antibody which specifically binds to surface antigen of vaccinia virus comprises the variable domain of a heavy chain of sequence number 1 and the variable domain of a light chain of sequence number 2. The human antibody is prepared from cell line VC-CHO-1(deposit number: KCLRF-BP-00186) An expression vector encoding heavy chain of human antibody, pRC13-212H contains a DNA encoding the variable domain of heavy chain of sequence number 1. An expression vector of light chain of human antibody, pKC12-212L contains DNA encoding the variable domain of light chain of sequence number 2.
