WELDING OF A SPOON WHICH CAN REDUCE THE PROCESSING TIME BY BACK BEAD WELDING

PURPOSE: Welding of a spoon is provided to reduce the processing time and costs by effectively welding a handle without a grinding process.;CONSTITUTION: Welding of a spoon is as follows. A rolling process is performed to a spoon head(1) and a long handle to make the spoon head concave. The spoon head and the handle are placed in a forging mold, and pressurized using a press so that the welding surfaces of the head spoon and the handle are same. An assembling process and a molding process are simultaneously performed. Back bead welding is performed by a little extending a joint surface of the spoon head and the handle. The spoon head has a uniform surface by rolling the spoon head with the welding surfaces. The spoon head and the handle are forged in a mold. And the joint surface of the spoon head and the handle is welded.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
