PURPOSE: An anti-rollback wheel is provided, which facilitates prevention of anti-rollback and facilitates rollback if the braking power is eliminated.;CONSTITUTION: An anti-rollback wheel comprises a central axis, a constraining member, a rotating member, a power transmission element, an elastic member, and a braking part. The central axle is installed not to revolve in the car body. The constraining member is fixed and combined with the hub and comprises a plurality of power transmission sides. The rotating member unites with the constraining member to be rotatable and has a power transmission side facing the power transmission side of the constraining member. The power transmission element is operated to be press-fitted between the power transmission side of the rotating member and constraining member or to be separated. The elastic member pressurizes the power transmission element in the direction of the rollback of the vehicles.
