PURPOSE: A multi-channel diffusion charger for real-time size distribution measurement of sub-micrometer particles and a method for real-time size distribution measurement of sub-micrometer particles using the same are provided to accurately calculate parameter value without need to establish an arbitrary assumed value.;CONSTITUTION: A multi-channel diffusion charger for real-time size distribution measurement of sub-micrometer particles comprises a particle charger(10), channels(20), and a current measurement unit. The channels divide the air inside a particle charger and provide a path.
